Hindustan Newsprint Limited (HNL), A Subsidiary of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd., invites applications for Workmen Trainee as Attendant-I and Attendant-II posts in various trades. Selected candidates will undergo on the job training for one and a half year (18 months). Eligible and interested candidates may send their applications to HNL, Kottayam latest by 3rd October, 2014. Workmen Trainee
1. Attendant-II Trainee : 25 posts
2. Attendant- I Trainee: 25 posts
- ITI (Electrician): 05
- ITI (Electrician or Electronic Mechanic): 03
- ITI (Fitter): 10
- ITI (Fitter) with NAC in Boiler Attendant: 07
Qualification for Attendant-II: Certificate in Vocational Higher Secondary Education" in any Technical trade under Engineering Technology with 60% marks in the Final Examination.
Qualification for Attendant-I: Candidates must have passed class 10th plus National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) in the trade of Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/ Fitter/ Boiler Attendant. Should have scored 60% or above in their qualifying examination (NTC) and should possess post qualification National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
Age limit: 18 to 25 years as on 31st August, 2014. 28 years in the case of OBC (NCL) candidates and 30 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.
Application fee: A demand draft of Rs.100/- in favour of Hindustan Newsprint Ltd., (No fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates) payable at Ernakulam/ Mevelloor.
