Common Parts of Written Examination (Part I and Part II)

Principal: In this post, part I (20 marks) and part II (40 marks) are accompanied with part III (30 marks) based on academic knowledge and a 70-mark test based on administration & finance. Assistant: There will be an objective test (160 marks) of 3-hour duration followed by a skill test (100 marks) for this post. Part I (20 marks) and Part II (30 marks) are combined with part III (90 marks) based on Finance, Administration and Establishment subjects along with a comprehensive test of 20 marks.

Upper Division Clerk: The recruitment process for the post of UDC is same as that for the post of assistant discussed above.

Lower Division Clerk: For this post, there is a written test of 2-hour duration for 100 marks, comprising of part I (40 marks) and part II (60 marks), followed by a typing test (50 marks) and skill test (100 marks).

Stenographer Gr. II: The recruitment process for this post is same as that for the post of LDC, but with an addition of shorthand typing test of 50 marks, after the written examination.

Hindi Translator: For this post, the written test (110 marks) of 2-hour duration comprises of part I (70 marks) and part II (40 marks). This is followed by a descriptive translation test (100 marks) of 2-hour duration and an interview (90 marks).

Technical Officer: The selection for this post is based entirely on interview, but a written examination might be conducted depending on the number of candidates who have applied for the post.
